Shaun Hays – Chicago Chalk Champ – will be conducting a series of chalk art seminars ($600 value!!) that are free for any artists who sign up before the event. The seminars will be held on location in Winstin Plaza on two Wednesdays… July 29th and August 5th 2015 at 6-8pm. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 50 ARTISTS – FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!
